Privacy Statement
Last updated: July 8, 2026
This privacy statement applies to citizens and legal permanent residents of the United States, and describes how General Credit Forms, Inc. (“GCF,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles data collected through https://gcfinc.com/site.
We recommend you read this statement carefully. In our data processing, we comply with applicable privacy legislation. That means, among other things, that:
- We clearly state the purposes for which we process personal data, as described in this statement.
- We limit our collection of personal data to what is required for legitimate purposes.
- We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties.
- We take appropriate security measures to protect your personal data.
- We respect your right to access, correct, or delete your personal data upon request.
If you have any questions, or want to know exactly what data we hold about you, please contact us using the information in Section 8 below.
1. Data We Collect and How We Use It
We may collect the following categories of information through our website:
- Technical information, such as browser type, operating system, and referring pages.
- Usage information, such as pages visited and time spent on the site.
- Approximate geographic region, derived from IP address.
We use Google Analytics (GA4) solely to understand site performance and improve functionality — for example, identifying broken pages, measuring load times, and understanding which pages are most useful to visitors. Google Signals and personalized advertising features are disabled on our Analytics account, and we do not link our site to Google Ads. Google Analytics processes limited technical information to provide aggregated website usage statistics; IP addresses are used only as necessary to provide the service and are not retained by Google Analytics.
We do not use Google Analytics — or any other tool — for advertising, ad targeting, or building profiles of individual visitors.
We retain the information described above only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this statement, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.
2. Sharing with Other Parties
We do not sell or disclose your personal information to third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. We use a limited number of service providers — such as our web hosting provider and Google Analytics — solely to operate and improve our website. We have not sold or shared consumers’ personal data in the preceding 12 months, and this is not something we intend to do.
3. Legal Disclosure
We disclose personal information if required by law, by court order, in response to a law enforcement request, or as otherwise permitted by law, including for investigations related to public safety.
4. Do Not Track & Global Privacy Control
Most browsers no longer support the Do Not Track (DNT) standard, and our website does not currently respond to DNT signals. Where required by applicable law, we recognize Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as requests to opt out of applicable data processing.
5. Cookies
Our website uses a limited set of cookies, primarily to support site functionality and analytics as described above. For details, see our Cookie Policy.
6. Security
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Access to data is limited to those who need it, and our security practices are reviewed regularly.
7. Third-Party Websites
This privacy statement does not apply to third-party websites linked from our site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their policies before use.
8. Accessing and Modifying Your Data
If you want to know what personal data we hold about you, or want it corrected or deleted, please contact us using the details below. To protect your privacy, we will verify your identity before fulfilling any request.
The rights below reflect California law. Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional or different privacy rights under applicable state law (for example, in Colorado, Virginia, Connecticut, Texas, or Oregon). We will honor valid requests under the law that applies to you.
8.1 Right to Know
You may request disclosure of:
- The categories of personal information we’ve collected about you.
- The sources from which it was collected.
- The business purpose for collecting it.
- The specific pieces of personal information collected.
(Note: We do not sell or share personal information, so there are no third-party categories to disclose.)
8.2 Right to Equal Service and Price
We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights — including by denying service, charging different prices, or providing a different quality of service.
8.3 Right to Delete
You may request that we delete personal information we’ve collected from you. We will do so, and will direct any service providers to do the same, except where retention is necessary to:
- Complete a transaction or provide a service you requested.
- Detect security incidents or fraud.
- Debug or repair site functionality.
- Comply with a legal obligation.
- Exercise free speech or other legal rights.
9. Children
Our website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of consent in their jurisdiction. We ask that children under that age not submit personal data to us.
10. Amendments
We may update this privacy statement from time to time. We encourage you to check back periodically, and we will note material changes here when they occur.
