Inbound Orders
No one has a more extensive knowledge base regarding our product compatibility – which products work with the different POS systems in the market, etc. In addition, we maintain an extensive order history allowing our operators to help your customers identify previously ordered products.
Outbound Customer Services
Our operators can do more than just take orders. General Credit Forms can also provide varying levels of customer service, both inbound and outbound. Each customer service project is unique. We will work with you to create a program that provides efficient, professional customer service along with the detailed reporting you need to operate effectively.
